      Description

      sqlcmd> exec VOTES.insert 1,"MAMA",3;
      VOLTDB ERROR: SQL ERROR
      In NValue::inlineCopyObject, Object exceeds specified size. Size is 6 and max is 2
      sqlcmd> INSERT INTO VOTES values 1,'MAMA',3;
      Unexpected Ad Hoc Planning Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error compiling query: org.voltdb.planner.PlanningErrorException: Value (MAMA) is too wide for a constant varchar value of size 2

      The 1st error doesn't say what column or constant. It says size 6, but the string is 4. Could be better.
