      Description

      1. I believe it is currently impossible to turn the HTTP admin/json port off or restrict it in any way.
      2. It's impossible to discover which port HTTP is running on after startup. There should be a sysproc or it should be part of the statistics.
      3. If you specify port X and port X is in use, maybe the system should not try port X+1 automatically? This maybe makes sense for 8080, but if you want a specific port, maybe the right thing to do is to fail if you can't get it? Needs more discussion.
