As a user, I want a way to disable repeat NDO/NDC warnings that I've determined are ok.

      Description

      Without a way to disable specific warnings, a large development team or anyone working on a large schema may find it difficult to keep track of which warnings they have evaluated and determined to be ok, and the new warnings they need to pay attention to.

      Possibilities are a java argument or annotation to SQLStmt constructor that disables certain warnings and, for single-statement procs in the DDL some extended syntax like:

      CREATE PROCEDURE XYZ NOWARN(ORDERDETERMINISM) AS ...;

      Sizing for this task includes getting consensus on the exact syntax and implementing for both java and DDL procs.
